The Innovation and Design Building is a 1.4 million square foot mixed-use complex that provides creative and innovative businesses with the space they need to work and grow. Our white box spaces feature expansive floor planes, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the building with natural light and overlook the harbor and the Boston skyline. Open floor plans allow tenants to design collaborative spaces that work for their business. Planned renovations to common areas will draw inspiration from South Boston’s rich maritime and industrial history.

The Boston Marine Industrial Park is home to more than 200 innovative businesses and more than 3,000 employees. It offers a diversity of experiences such as a tour of Harpoon Brewery or a tour of the Atlantic on a ship departing from the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal.
