Innovation Community

You won’t see a sea of cubicles here! If you’re looking for space and light and like-minded people working in today’s high-growth industries, take a look at the Innovation and Design Building. Our tenants are the backbone of Boston’s innovation economy and include a broad range of businesses producing physical, digital, and engineered products. IDB is home to makers, designers, architects, communicators, researchers, manufacturers, technologists, innovators, and entrepreneurs. The Innovation and Design Building’s impressive size allows businesses to grow in place and its interconnected nature fosters an open exchange of information and ideas. Our tenant community enjoys working in the collaborative atmosphere that thrives here.
